Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Securely

  Place the unused cutlery in its original WÜSTHOF packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
